Deliverance Retreat
The Deliverance Retreat is 3 days of preparation seminars, a private prophetic deliverance session, seminars about wholeness and inner healing after deliverance, and four weeks of wholeness coaching to help each person on their walk with Jesus Christ. Our retreats are held in a small group, living room setting to provide a comfortable place to undergo deliverance and learn about the wholeness process alongside other believers.

Rescheduling
Only one “reschedule" is permitted per registration. When rescheduling a second time, there is a $50 rescheduling fee.
You may switch to another retreat up to two weeks before your scheduled retreat date free of charge. In the event of rescheduling within two weeks, there is a $50 rescheduling fee.
Refunds
You may receive a refund for a canceled retreat up to two weeks prior to the scheduled retreat date. All refunds use the same payment method in which they were paid minus a $50.00 administrative fee.
For a cancellation within two weeks of a retreat or for a no-show, no refund will be given.
*Under rare occurrences, if Bear Creek must cancel an event, you may choose a new retreat date free of charge. We always suggest that flights not be booked as nonrefundable.
Making Travel Plans
Details
Check in starts at 11:30 AM on Friday. (See schedule below.) Attendance is mandatory at all sessions. Please make travel arrangements to arrive on time and stay for the whole retreat. The retreat ends on Sunday around 1:00 PM.
TIP: If you are flying, please schedule your return flight home after 5:00 PM Sunday.
Meals are provided at the Ranch. We will also provide a few snacks throughout each day including coffee and tea.
Lodging
All retreat attendees (who are not local) will need to make their own reservations for Friday and Saturday night at a hotel or Airbnb near the Ranch. (Use the address on the directions page to search for accommodations nearby.)
TIP: If you will be traveling more than 4 hours, we recommend that you travel Thursday and get a hotel for Thursday night as well.
Transportation
All retreat attendees will need to coordinate their own transportation to the retreat location. Check out the directions page for detailed driving directions. If you plan to fly, the nearest airport is Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport (airport code: ATL).
We encourage you to rent a car or arrange other transportation from the airport. During your retreat, you'll need transportation between your hotel and the retreat in the mornings and evenings.
Special Note: Attendees and Alumni may not bring pets or emotional support animals to the Ranch. Only licensed Service Animals are permitted. See the Service Animal Policy for more details.

Post Deliverance Care
Post deliverance care includes 4 weeks of Wholeness Coaching emails and conference calls. Each week an email is delivered to your inbox which deals with specific topics encountered after deliverance that will assist in healing the wounded soul.
Topics include:
The Healing Path
Grieving Unresolved Issues of Loss
Healing the Pain and Anger of Offense
Heal to Forgive
Our post-deliverance care provides 3 avenues of learning:
1. Weekly Email Written Materials
You will receive a weekly Wholeness Coaching email. It will contain written material about the week's topic. Plan to take 5 to 10 minutes once a week to sit down and read through the material and consider the questions throughout.
2. Audio Teachings with Katie Mather
The email will also contain a YouTube link to an audio file. It is the exact same information. We understand that people retain information differently and for some audio is much easier to digest than written information, especially in this busy world.
If you do not have access to the internet we have an audio CD available at the Bear Creek Mercantile online store or you can pick one up while you are at the Ranch.
3. Weekly Conference Calls
At the completion of your Deliverance Retreat you will sign up for a weekly coaching time. The weekly email will have questions for you to consider as discussion points. We encourage everyone to call in once a week to discuss your progress and understanding with your coach. We believe that aftercare is the most important part of the healing process.
Meet our coaches on their bio page.
Returning as Alumni
All attendees are welcome to revisit free of charge any retreat you’ve already attended. Sometimes folks get a deeper revelation from sitting through the retreat teaching sessions again.
The retreat center only has room enough for 6 Alumni at each retreat, so you’ll have to check the Alumni page for open spots and how to register.
